In recognition of 50 years

Philip M. Jelley, 74, of Oakland, received a certificate from State Bar President James Heiting marking 50 years as an attorney. A 1956 graduate of Stanford Law School, Jelley also has been a certified specialist in taxation law for 25 years. As president and sole shareholder of his law firm, his practice focuses on general business and real estate issues.
