Fee arbitration

Proposed revisions to the State Bar’s Model Rules of Procedure for Fee Arbitrations would clarify the right to correct, vacate or confirm an arbitration award; prohibit transcripts and recordings of arbitrations; and more clearly explain the arbitrator’s statutory authority for the contents of the award.
