Fee suspensionsThis proposal would make board of governors policy consistent with Rule of Court 9.6 that permits removal from the State Bar Web site of a member’s one-time suspension for nonpayment of bar dues after two years but before a required seven-year period for expungement. Certain criteria must be met for expungement. The suspension remains on the attorney’s membership record for seven years.
