Early neutral evaluation

Proposed amendment to the State Bar Rules of Procedure would require that a request for an early neutral evaluation of a discipline matter be made within 21 days of notifying an attorney charges will be filed. After 21 days, both the attorney and the bar’s Office of Chief Trial Counsel must request an ENE.
