Fee scaling amendments
Proposed amendments to Article I, Sec. 7.1 of the Rules and
Regulations of the State Bar provide a wider range of acceptable documentation for low
income fee scaling and deletes the “gross income” eligibility standard. A second
modification gives members the right to request review if a scaling application is denied.
