Resolve those disputes with bar aid

Fee disputes with clients can be resolved through an informal out-of-court forum offered by the State Bar’s fee arbitration program. This program assists local bar fee arbitration programs, makes referrals when appropriate, and provides members with sample written fee agreements and information on arbitration, fees and fee agreements.
