Amendments to rules regulating admissions

Three amendments to the Rules Regulating Admission to Practice Law in California that would permit law schools to use the committee of bar examiners’ educational evaluation services for a fee; that would make clear that legal education requirements must be met prior to taking the bar exam; and that would make explicit the committee’s authority to disclose information related to the unauthorized practice of law to certain bar officials.
