| Chief Justice Ronald George received the Herbert Harley Award from the
American Judicature Society last month. The award honored George for his "dynamic
leadership, tireless efforts and dedication to improving the administration of justice in
California that have resulted in long-lasting, wide-ranging court reforms."
The award is the society's premier honor and is given periodically to individuals who
make outstanding efforts and contributions that substantially improve the administration
of justice in their states. |
