Nexis-Lexis, JusticeLink provide electronic filing The
Lexis-Nexis Group and JusticeLink Inc. are forming an alliance to provide an electronic
filing platform for the legal community.
Together, both companies will be able to offer a more complete set of services to court
systems and law firms. JusticeLink will become the exclusive court e-file solutions
partner of Lexis-Nexis, and Lexis-Nexis will gain an equity stake in JusticeLink and a
seat on the company's board of directors.
As part of the alliance, the two companies will work together to transition
jurisdictions now using the Lexis-Nexis Complex Litigation Automated Docket (CLAD) to
JusticeLink's e-file service. CLAD is the current Lexis-Nexis e-file offering.
