The Judicial Council's annual "Court Statistics Report" is available to courts and the public on compact disk. The 1999 report provides detailed 10-year statistical caseload and trend data on a wide range of court business, as well as workload data by individual courts for fiscal year 1997-98.

Copies of the CD were mailed last month to all judges and court administrators. The report is available on the California courts' web site at www.courtinfo.ca.gov.

To receive an electronic or printed copy of the 1999 Court Statistics Report and a printed copy of the 1999 Judicial Council Annual report, call 1-800/900-5980.
