Fee waiver for military

State Bar Rules and Regulations provide a waiver of membership fees for reservists who were called to active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan. The rule was due to expire Dec. 31, but the board of governors extended it to Dec. 31, 2006, on an interim emergency basis in September. The proposal would extend the waiver through Dec. 31, 2006.
