Lawyer referral servicesProposed revisions to the State Bar Rules and Regulations pertaining to lawyer referral services would make technical revisions in the use of terminology and substantive changes to streamline the title, modify the ways by which clients may complain, amend the fee arbitration provision, establish general panel standards for participation and authorize the board of governors to make an investigation public.
