Fee waiver for military

Proposed extension of bar dues waiver for reservists. Member-ship fees were waived for reservists called to active duty in 1991 and in 2004 and 2005 for those called to active duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. The proposal would extend the waiver, without a sunset clause, to cover any reservist called to active duty.
