By calling 415/561-8887, members can opt for logistical information or receive a fact sheet about the plebiscite. If attorneys have further questions, they can call during working hours and a volunteer will return the call with more specific answers.
Attorneys may also request a faxed or mailed copy of "plebiscite logistical information" and "frequently asked questions." By calling 415/561-8883 and entering a fax phone number, the attorney can have information faxed back to him or her by 8 a.m. the following day.

Any attorney on active status May 14 should have received a ballot. They must be returned to Price Waterhouse's office at 400 S. Hope St., 22nd floor, Los Angeles 90071.
In order for a ballot to be valid, it must be signed by the attorney and a yes or no vote must be indicated.
Ballots will not be accepted at the State Bar or at any other Price Waterhouse offices. Faxed ballots will not be counted. Duplicate ballots can be obtained from Suzanne Szerlip at Price Waterhouse, 213/236-3000.
