For the second year in a row, Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Adam Schiff (D-Pasa-dena) has introduced the State Bar’s fee bill, SB 1367. The proposed bill would keep fees at the current level of $395 for most attorneys for the year 2001. The bill is co-authored again by Assemblyman Bob Hertz-berg (D-Van Nuys).
