Interim board election rules

Interim emergency amendments to the procedures governing election to the State Bar Board of Governors, including making mailing lists available to the candidates at the time the election schedule is announced and changing other language in the rules.

Board of governors election

Four proposed amendments to Article II, State Bar Rules and Regulations Regarding Nomination and Election of Governors, would include specified dates for key events, revise the section on biographical statements, provide a list of active members in candidate's district and allow the secretary to appoint a canvassing board.
