Recent developments in fee arbitration will be
discussed at a fee arbitrator training probgram, sponsored by the State Bar’s
Committee on Mandatory Fee Arbitration. The free training, which offers 2.75 hours of MCLE
credit, will take place March 1, from 4-7 p.m., at the law offices of Hatch & Parent,
1020 State St., Santa Barbara.
Volunteers who arbitrate and mediate attorney-client fee disputes for
mandatory fee arbitration programs throughout the state are invited to the training, as
well as those interested in becoming fee arbitrators.
