San Diego — home to bar leaders

The city of San Diego, home to this year’s State Bar annual meeting, also can boast the top leadership in four powerhouse bar associations. Marc Adelman is president of the 156,000-member State Bar of California, while David Norris is president of the State Bar’s California Young Lawyers Association (all members of the State Bar under 37). Gregory Vega is president of the Hispanic National Bar Association, representing 22,000 Hispanic attorneys in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and Randy Jones is president of the National Bar Association, the nation’s oldest and largest association of judges and lawyers of color.
