Fee scaling amendment
Modifies Rules and Regulations of the State Bar
Article I, Section 7.1 to change the fee scaling application deadline
from Feb. 1 to March 15 of the membership year for which scaling is
requested.

Trust fund rules change
Proposed change to Rule 4.2 of the Rules
Regulating Interest-Bearing Trust Fund Accounts for the Provision of
Legal Services to Indigent Persons to require audited financial
statements from all applicants with gross annual expenditures that
exceed $300,000. The current threshold is $750,000.
