Co-counsel representing a client were not in a fiduciary relationship with each other, owed each other no fiduciary duty and could not sue each other for breach of fiduciary duty on the basis of one attorney's alleged wrongdoing.

Attorney can bring indemnity action against co-counsel when attorney is sued for malpractice based on the wrongdoing of retained co-counsel.
