Amicus Attorney extends telephony integration

Amicus Telephone, an add-on module for Amicus Attorney, provides Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), which integrates case management with telephone management.

It now supports nine telephone systems from six different telephone manufacturers. Amicus Telephone not only dials the phone, it screens your incoming calls, puts information about your client and matter on your computer screen as you answer the phone, and creates automatic call records.

Gavel & Gown Software, developer of Amicus Attorney, collaborated with telephone manufacturers in the testing of this product. While the technology works with many phone systems, Gavel & Gown does not list one as supported unless the telephone manufacturer has independently tested and verified the performance.
