Suspension for failure to pay
child support
Proposed modification of the Rules and
Regulations of the State Bar as they relate to the suspension of
members for failure to pay child and family support would authorize
the secretary of the State Bar, rather than the board of governors, to
make the annual recommendation for suspension to the Supreme Court.
