Comment sought on three law
review proposals
The California Law Review Commission has issued
three recommendations for public comment.
They address: statutes made obsolete by trial
court restructuring (comment deadline Feb. 15), stay of mechanic's
lien enforcement pending arbitration (Feb. 28), and appellate and writ
review under trial court unification (March 31).
