California Attorney General Bill Lockyer and
Charles A. James, assistant attorney general of the U.S. Department of
Justice antitrust division, will address the ninth annual Antitrust
Golden State Institute next month.
Thomas Greene, senior assistant attorney general
for the California Department of Justice, will be honored as the
lawyer of the year at the institute, which is sponsored by the State
Bar's Antitrust & Unfair Competition Law Section.
